Zupply Pack Introduction

With Zupply, your teams can efficiently pack sales orders using mobile devices. By digitising the order fulfilment process, you can eliminate paper usage and streamline dispatch operations. Our system can enhance fulfilment times by over 50%, providing clear transparency across departments on the status of orders ready for dispatch.

Getting Started

Enabling Staff Access : Ensure that your staff members are enabled to access the app through their staff access role settings.

Orders : Orders will appear in the Pack app when they reach the “Pick Pack” status.

Order Statuses

There are three main statuses for picked orders and their line items:

• Unpacked: The order and its items have not been packed.
• Short: Some items are packed, but others are awaiting stock.
• Packed: The order is packed and ready for shipping.
  
  
  

Short Concepts

• Short Packed: If there isn't enough stock to pack the ordered quantity, short the item and wait for more stock to arrive. Once it arrives, complete the order by packing the short quantities.
• Final Quantity: If the ordered quantity is less than the available stock and no more stock is expected, select "Final Quantity" to invoice the packed quantity.
• Short: If no stock is available, short the product, and the client will not be charged.

Remember: You can always reverse any pack actions you make, You can delete the packed record in the app by swiping the entry to the right, and in the dashboard you can reverse/add/edit any entry made right up to when the invoice is paid.
