Once we have created the clients card file we need to add in their relevant details. On Zupply you can click through to the details page by clicking on the Client's name. This takes you to the client Details page where you can add in the clients information.
Course Tasks: For each client to add to their card file the following information, we have provided some training data below the task section that you can use for making your entries.
Task 1: In the Contact details sections add:
Name
Position
Phone number
Task 2: In the Delivery Details section add in:
Address
Suburb
State (choose from the dropdown)
Postcode
Assign the client to the “Click and Collect” delivery run
Task 3: In the Payments Details section:
Click “override global payment settings”
Select a “payment Terms” option from the dropdown
Select a “payment terms start” option from the dropdown
Task 4: In the Order settings Section:
Add in a permanent note to one of the available fields
Make sure you save your changes by clicking on the “Update” button at the bottom right of the page.
