Managing Client Groups
Client Groups allow you to efficiently manage multiple clients by grouping them together. This facilitates easy handling of:
1. Product pricing for the group
2. Product availability for the group
Pricing Types
Within the client group settings, you can choose from three pricing types:
1. Fixed Price: A stable price that remains constant regardless of other factors.
2. Amount Markup: Adjusts the base product price by adding a specific dollar amount.
3. Percentage Markup: Adjusts the base product price by adding a specific percentage.
Product Availability Settings
There are five types of product availability settings you can configure within a client group:
1. All Products are Available EXCEPT: Specify products that will not be available.
2. No Products are Available EXCEPT: Specify products that will be available.
3. Only Products with Fixed Prices are Available.
4. Only Products with Fixed Prices are Available for Selected Clients.
5. All Line Items are Available EXCEPT: Specify line items that will not be available.
Additional Settings
1. Zero-Dollar Fixed Price Products: Zupply enables a setting to hide products with a $0 fixed price, allowing for more precise control over product and line item availability between different groups.
2. Contract Prices: These take precedence over client group prices.
These customisations provide significant flexibility in managing group and client pricing.
