"How to" Reinstate a deleted shop account

You will need to follow the below instructions for our Zupply team to be able to reinstate a shop account.

Use the help button at the bottom left hand side of your dashboard. Request Tech support to log a request for a “Reinstate a deleted shop account”.

You need to provide the following details;

  • Name of the Company - Your company
  • Name of your Customer
  • Contact email address

Once we have all the details our Zupply team will reinstate the customer account.

We will respond with an email through our IT Service management portal once complete.
