"How to" Recover a deleted order

Recovering deleted orders in your Zupply platform may be required at times. There can be various reasons why this action needs to be taken. Accidental deletions from human error or system glitches can affect record accuracy. Legal obligations might require keeping deleted orders for compliance purposes. Retrieving deleted orders may be necessary for resolving customer disputes. 

To recover an order that has been deleted please follow the below instructions.

You will need to find the order you require for deletion.

  1. Go to “Orders”
  2. Select “Orders”
  3. Select the “Deleted” tab
  4. Select the order you would like to recover

Once you have selected the order it will open into a new screen.

  1. Select “Recover”

Once you have selected “Recover” you will receive a notification in the top right corner advising that the order has “Successfully recovered”
