"How to" Delete an order

Orders in the Zupply platform are deleted for various reasons to maintain accurate records and streamline operations. These include cancelled orders by customers or sellers, accidental duplicates, and incorrect information. Additionally, orders may be deleted for testing purposes or if they expire without fulfilment.

To delete an unwanted order please follow the below instructions.

You will need to find the order you require for deletion.

  1. Go to “Orders”
  2. Select “Orders”
  3. Search for the order required either by;
    • Using the search field for the client name or order number
    • Ensure that you have selected the “All” orders selected
  1. Once you have found the order you need, press on the order number.

The order will then open to show all the order details.

  1. Select “Delete”

The delete order screen will become visible.

  1. Enter the “Delete reason”
  2. Press “Delete”
