"How to" create a Master login for multiple shop access

The Master login on the Zupply platform serves as a secure gateway for authorised users to access and manage multiple accounts. 

You will need to follow the below instructions for our Zupply team to be able to create this login for you.

Use the help button at the bottom left hand side of your dashboard. Request Tech support to log a request for a “Master Login”.

You need to provide the following details;

• Organisation name - That you would like the Master login to be called
• Name - Of the person responsible for the Master login
• Phone number
• Unique email address - That is not used in the platform
• The name of the stores you want attached to the Master login

Once we have all the details our Zupply team will create the Master login for your customer.

We will respond with an email through our IT Service management portal once completed.
