A “how to” guide you through the process of requesting support

Accessing support for your Zupply/Boss QI dashboard has been streamlined for your convenience, available through both our website and directly within your Dashboard interface.

To access support through your Dashboard, please follow these steps

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the bottom left corner of the interface and click on the "Help" function. You will be directed to our Help Centre page.

  1. Select the option to "Raise a request".

  1. Choose the appropriate category:
    • Sales Support: For customer service inquiries or general assistance.
    • Technical Support: For technical issues related to your system.

  1. Provide the necessary details, including:
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Business name
    • A comprehensive description of the issue you require support for
    • Attach any relevant documentation that may assist us in addressing the matter.

  1. Once you have completed the form, click "Send".
  2. Upon submission, Zupply will be notified via the IT Service Management (ITSM) portal. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

  1. You can also track and manage all your support requests from this page. Including adding additional comments to your request.
